Important news for DP tips users
To improve delivery of stimulation with DPOAE probes, adult DP tips - R8M, R9M, R11M and R13M must be fitted flush with the coupler tube.
This is difficult with the adult DP tips currently supplied. Tips which can not be fitted flush with the coupler must therefore be trimmed by approximately 2mm. Please see the notice below for full instructions and technical information.
The problem with our tips will be rectified by new style tips as soon as possible.
