IODC

The INTERNATIONAL OAE DATA CENTRE is funded by a grant from the Special Trustees of the RNTNE Hospital. It has also been recently awarded a grant for equipment by The Hearing Research Trust and administrative support is provided by Otodynamics Ltd. The Centre is recognised by the European Concerted Action on Otoemissions and the National Center for Hearing Assessment and Management (NCHAM) in the USA.

The Data Centre is gathering OAE recordings for a database which will be used to provide a data processing service to contributors. The data management packages HI*SCREEN and HI*TRACK are being distributed and the resources for initiating and assisting screening programmes are being set up.
